Flint Community Schools Families, we regret to inform you that our transportation provider, First Student (3rd Party Transportation Vendor), experienced a power outage yesterday, rendering them unable to provide transportation services. As over 50% of our scholars rely on this transportation, we understand the inconvenience this may cause. First Student is actively working with Consumers Energy to restore power. Consequently, they are currently unable to operate buses. Rest assured, we will promptly notify families as soon as power is restored and transportation services resume. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
