As we celebrate National Family Engagement Month, we take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to the backbone of our school-family partnerships—our Family Engagement \ Facilitators. These dedicated individuals work tirelessly to bridge the gap between home and school, fostering a strong sense of community and providing essential resources to support our students and their families.
At Flint Community Schools, we recognize that a student’s success is deeply tied to the strength of the connections we build with their families and communities. Our Family Engagement Facilitators are instrumental in these efforts. Whether connecting families with critical resources, organizing school events, or providing direct support to parents and caregivers, their commitment ensures that every child receives the comprehensive support they need to thrive.
